Start from the Builder workspace

Open Dashboard -> Bots -> select a bot -> Builder.
Use clear node naming so handover and analytics remain easy to trace.
Plan your main path first: start, qualification, response, fallback, and handover.

Use Auto Layout after major edits; it now respects node size so branches keep more breathing room.
Use Jump To Node and the minimap when the graph gets large instead of panning blindly across the full canvas.
Decision branches are rendered and relabeled as Yes first, No second, so the primary path stays easy to scan.
Decision prompts in chat previews and runtime replies also keep Yes before No for readability.
Zoom in or select a node or edge to inspect labels and details; edge strokes stay visible while labels compress at low zoom.
